Tuesdays are 3 AI updates, one hot take, one action. Weekends are 1 practical real estate agent workflow.

The World Cup final is Sunday, July 19. Instead of another market update nobody opens, run a prediction contest. Everyone replies with their picks for who wins the two semifinals and the eventual champion. Whoever nails all three wins a prize. It's the rare email that gets your whole list to hit reply, which is the best thing that can happen to your deliverability, and it opens a thread with everyone who plays. AI sets it up and keeps score.

Step 1: Have AI build the contest (5 minutes)

Give it the matchups and let it write the rules and a short, fun announcement in your voice, plus a couple of prize ideas. Paste this:

"The World Cup semifinals are July 14 and 15 and the final is July 19. Write a short, fun email to my client list inviting them to a prediction contest: they reply with their picks for both semifinal winners and the champion, and anyone who gets all three right wins a prize. Give me clear rules, a reply-by deadline before the first semifinal, and three prize ideas that feel personal, not corporate. Match my voice from these emails: [paste]."

Step 2: Send it, reply to enter (2 minutes)

After you figure out the prize hit send it to your sphere. The only ask is a reply with three picks by the deadline. Every entry is a live thread with someone who just chose to engage, and you can fire back a quick "bold call" or "we'll see." No pitch, just banter.

Step 3: Let AI keep score (5 minutes)

After the games, hand AI the replies and let it do the tallying or if you’re connected to your email inbox just tell it to organize all the responses. Paste this:

"Here are the contest entries [paste or connect my email]. The semifinal winners were [X and Y] and the champion was [Z]. Tell me who got all three right. If more than one did, break the tie by who came closest on the total goals scored in the final."

Step 4: Announce and follow up (3 minutes)

Have AI draft two things: a winner reveal for the whole list, and a personal thank-you to everyone who entered. Send the reveal, hand over the prize in person if you can, and a game becomes dozens of warm, no-pitch conversations. Keep the prize small and fun, a nice bottle or a local gift card, framed as a thank-you.

The move that repeats

Any bracket does this, March Madness or awards season. AI turns running shared moments into a fifteen-minute way to maximize your sphere outreach. The replies it pulls in are worth more than a month of one-way emails.

My Workshop @ the Compass SoCal Luxury Summit - Aug 12

We’re just one month away from my August workshop. I'm running an in-person version of my Claude Cowork workshop at the Compass SoCal Luxury Summit in Orange County, August 12th. Helping you run a contest like this using AI is exactly what we’ll cover.

If you respond directly with the phrase “Count me in”, I’ll provide you a special discount code.
