Tuesdays are 3 AI updates, one hot take, one action. Fridays are 1 practical real estate agent workflow.

On Tuesday I said to try Muse and, if you liked it, connect one more account. Most agents decide what to post to Instagram the night they need to post it, which is how another "Just Listed" graphic goes up. I'd rather you spend 25 minutes now and have the week settled before Monday.

What you need. All you need is to download the Muse app and have a Meta account. This is actually one of the easiest things to setup for non-technical people, which is a big reason it’s been successful so far. Meta's launch post says it's free for most of what people need. Start with the Instagram connection.
What you'll have at the end. Five planned posts for next week and two of them drafted, all built on facts you gave Muse. Nothing should publish, send or spend without your approval, and this workflow only asks for plans and drafts anyway.
1. Connect one more account (4 min)
Open the connector list in Muse's settings and connect the Facebook Page that's linked to your Instagram account. Make sure that Instagram account is a professional one (business or creator), since Instagram only shows engagement numbers on those. If you make your graphics in Canva, connect that too.
2. See what's working (5 min)
Paste this in:
Look at my last 30 days of Instagram posts. Which three got the most engagement, and what do they have in common? Be specific about the format, the topic and how each one opened.
Your own results go first so the plan is built on your page, not a template. If Muse says it can't see engagement numbers, open your Instagram insights and paste in your top posts yourself.
3. Give it your week (4 min)
Write down what's actually happening next week: a new listing, a closing, an open house, a local event, one thing you noticed in your market. Paste it in with the real details, like the address, date and price. Something like: "Listing: [address], [price], open house Sunday 1 to 3. Closing Thursday, buyers' first home. Noticed: [one thing about your market]."
4. Plan the week (6 min)
Paste this:
Using what worked, plan five posts for next week. For each one, give me the day, the format, a one-line idea, and which of my facts it uses. Don't write the posts yet, and don't use any facts I haven't given you.
Move the days around until the week matches your schedule.
5. Draft your first two posts (6 min)
Pick the two you like best and paste:
Write posts one and two in my voice. Keep each under 80 words and use only the facts I gave you.
Check every fact against your MLS sheet or closing file, take out any client names. Then ask: "Can you plan my posts like this every Monday?" If it says yes, have it send you the plan Monday morning and review it before anything goes live. I'd let it plan for a few weeks before you let it draft anything on its own.
Note: the design of this might not be great to start. This is an experiment and depending on what you’re looking for you might have work with it a bit. Use this as an experiment to see the possibilities. I can assure you, you’re gonna be surprised at how efficient Muse is to help you with basic tasks.
AI FOR RE AGENTS DECEMBER COURSE IS OPEN
This is my hallmark course and the most important thing I run all year. It's four, live online sessions, December 6-12, built around projects you finish as we go.
There was a LOT of stuff launched this year, and I focus on reviewing the landscape of stuff that matters to agents and teaching you how to use the most important elements in 1 jam packed week. You will end the year with a huge head start for 2027.
"This was an amazing class that cut through the noise- not everything AI offers is relevant to realtors, but Matt has found what does!" - Bianca Ungerman, April 2026 cohort.
Enrollment is open now, and 10% off Earlybird pricing is live through end of October.
