Tuesdays are 3 AI updates, one hot take, one action. Weekends are 1 practical real estate agent workflow.

When I taught my full-day Claude class this spring, I asked 58 agents one question: if Claude could set up and run one thing for you by the end of the day, what would it be? The winner was not listing copy. It was a weekly sphere check that runs on its own. Agents know that follow-up is the first thing that falls off the plate when a deal heats up.

On Tuesday I showed you that Cowork now runs on your phone and can hand you a weekly brief with the push of a button. Just like that you this is something you can setup to run in your sleep. You just approve the drafts from your phone with your coffee.

Step 1: Set up your folder (10 minutes)

Make one folder on your computer called Sphere System. Second, add your people: connect Gmail if your brokerage allows it, or if you can’t you can export your database to a CSV and drop it in the Sphere System folder. Also copy and paste a couple of great sample emails you’re proud of into the folder so the drafts come back sounding like you.

Step 2: Write the Monday instruction (5 minutes)

Open Cowork, point it at your Sphere System folder, and paste this as the task:

Every Monday at 7am, using my Gmail and the contacts in this folder:

1. Find 10 past clients or sphere contacts I have not spoken to in six months or more. For each one, draft a short, warm note in my voice that references our last real conversation.

2. Give me 5 people to call this week, each with two lines of prep on why now.

3. Flag any birthdays or home anniversaries in the next 14 days and draft a one-line note for each.

Write in my voice and put it all in one document called Monday Sphere Brief with today’s date. Draft only. Send nothing.

Step 3: Schedule it and test it (10 minutes)

Set the task to repeat every Monday at 6 am, then run it once right now so you can see what it produces. Read the ten drafts. The first week you will fix two or three that miss. Tell Cowork what was off (“too formal,” or “she bought a condo, not a house”) and it corrects for next time. That correction loop is the whole thing getting smarter.

Step 4: Then let it run

Monday at 7am the brief is waiting before you open your laptop. You read it on your phone between meetings, send the notes that are good, fix the ones that need it. Ten warm touches to your sphere every week. Start with this one build. You can layer the market report and the monthly newsletter on top of it later.

Here was a quote from my friend Brian Knox about how much Wispr Flow has helped his productivity: “Best tool ever! Every agent should be using this. I can move at an incredible pace now.”

10x the context. Half the time.

Speak your prompts into ChatGPT or Claude and get detailed, paste-ready input that actually gives you useful output. Wispr Flow captures what you'd cut when typing. Free on Mac, Windows, and iPhone.

My Workshop @ the Compass SoCal Luxury Summit - Aug 12

This weekend workflow is the light version of what we’ll be building live at my August 12th workshop at the Compass SoCal Luxury Summit in Orange County. It’s an in-person, full-day (9-5 pm) version of my Claude Cowork workshop, building real agent deliverables live. No need to attend the entire Summit, you can come to just my workshop if you want. Reply directly if you’re interested and I’ll send you a special discount code.
