Tuesdays are 3 AI updates, one hot take, one action. Fridays are 1 practical real estate agent workflow.

Another big Claude week, and I noticed most of it in my own app before I read a headline. A new model dropped and two setup screens showed up on my phone, and underneath the labels they point to something similar in all of them…ease of use.

1. Claude Opus 5 shipped, faster for the same price. On July 24 Anthropic released Opus 5, its strongest model, at the same price as the version it replaced, with a fast mode that runs about 2.5 times quicker. For us this is the quiet kind of update: you change nothing, and the engine under your chats and your scheduled work just got better on its own. That is the argument for putting your work on this thing instead of doing it by hand.

2. Claude Cowork now runs on your phone. Anthropic is rolling Cowork out to the web and to iOS and Android, so a task you start at your desk runs on Anthropic's servers and finishes whether your laptop is open or not. You can kick something off from your phone between showings, and the draft is waiting when you get back. It reached the top plans first and is landing for more people now, which is why the setup screen may have only just appeared for you.

3. Claude now builds you a morning brief in the background. Set it once and Claude runs on a schedule, pulls from your calendar and inbox, and hands you one short brief before you sit down. Mine flags the emails that actually need me and gives me the first two things to do, in about three minutes of its work while I make coffee. You are not chatting with it, it did the work before you woke up.

HOT TAKE

Focus on how you can get more comfortable moving back and forth between your desktop and phone when you use Claude. With the latest update, tasks now run in the cloud on Anthropic’s servers rather than on your machine, so your mobile doesn’t need a laptop awake at the other end. It won’t have your local file access but it will have your connectors and skills and history so you can keep work moving. This is a huge productivity hack for busy agents always on the go.

1 THING TO TRY

Set up one scheduled brief tonight, the smallest possible version. Open Claude, and in Cowork tell it: "Every morning at 6:30, check my calendar and email and give me a five-line brief of what matters today. Draft only."

Point it at your calendar and inbox, set it to repeat, and run it once so you see what lands. Tomorrow it shows up on its own, no typing. On Friday I use it to build the one agents asked me for most: a Monday sphere check that drafts your re-engagement notes while you sleep.

PRDs by voice. Bug reports by voice. Ship faster.

Dictate acceptance criteria and reproductions inside Cursor or Warp. Wispr Flow auto-tags file names, preserves syntax, and gives you paste-ready text in seconds. 4x faster than typing.
