Tuesdays are 3 AI updates, one hot take, one action. Fridays are 1 practical real estate agent workflow.

Tuesday I said you should go try Grok Bot yourself. Fair enough to ask what that actually looks like, so here it is: download the app and build two bots that do two different jobs for you. About thirty minutes, and you'll know by the end whether this belongs in your business.
Both of them work your sphere, from opposite ends. One goes looking for a reason to call someone. One finds the person you already meant to call and forgot. Most agents' check-in is "just checking in," which is why it doesn't get answered. These two exist so you never have to send that again.
What you need. A paid Cursor plan at $20 a month or SuperGrok at $30, both month to month. Grok Bot isn't on the free tier. Download at x.ai/bot, drag it to Applications, open it and sign in.
Before anything else, turn one thing off
Settings, then General, then Bot, then Execution on Local Computer. Set it to Never allow. Your bots work on a cloud computer, which is what you want. This setting is the separate question of whether they can touch the laptop in front of you, and the answer for an agent's machine is no.
Bot one: Sphere Signals (10 min)
This is the one that goes looking. Cmd+N, type Sphere Signals, choose Create Sphere Signals Bot. Open Edit Profile and paste this as the description:
You watch my sphere for reasons to reach out. Your sources are the local news sites, business journals and public announcement pages I give you, plus the open web. Each run, look for a new job, a business opening or closing, an award, a move, or a local mention for anyone on my list. Report the person, what happened, the date, and a link I can open. Never contact anyone. If you can't find a source you can link to, leave that person out rather than guessing.
Now give it the job:
Here are 30 top names from my database: [paste names and towns]. Search the open web for anything about them. Give me only what you can link to, ordered by how good a reason it is to pick up the phone. Skip anything older than 90 days, and skip anything you can't source.
Watch the whole first run in the computer view. When it's right: "Every Monday at 7am Eastern, run that same search on the list for the past seven days and post what you find here with links. If there's nothing, post nothing."
Bot two: Sphere Desk (10 min)
Different job on purpose. This one watches your inbox instead of the web. Connect your email first, either through Marketplace in the sidebar or by taking control of the Agent Computer and signing in yourself. Don't type a password into the chat. Then paste this as the description:
You own my follow-up. Your source is my inbox. Find every person who wrote to me and never got a reply, and every past client or referral source I haven't emailed in 90 days. Keep a running file of who you've surfaced and never raise the same person twice in a month. Draft the reply in my voice and leave it for me. You draft, I send. Never email anyone, never reply to a thread on my behalf, and never add anyone to a list. If nobody needs a follow-up, say nothing.
The first job:
Go back through the last 30 days of my inbox. Give me two lists: people who emailed me and never got a reply, and past clients or referral sources who've gone quiet. For the top five in each, tell me the last thing we actually talked about and draft a two-sentence reply I could send today. Nothing that sounds like a newsletter.
Then: "Every weekday at 7am, run that check on the last 48 hours plus anyone crossing 90 days of silence. Post it here. If there's nobody, post nothing."
That line is in both bots and it matters more than it looks. Without it a bot will invent a reason to have run, and you'll stop reading it by week three.
One thing to understand before you trust either of them. Both bots share one cloud computer and one set of logins. SpaceXAI's own docs say not to use separate bots as a security boundary, so Sphere Signals can reach your inbox whether or not it needs to. Keep the roster to these two for now to test it.
DECEMBER COHORT IS OPEN
Enrollment is open for the December cohort of AI for Real Estate Agents. Building bots like these, with the boundaries set properly, is exactly the kind of work you’ll learn hands on. 10% off Earlybird pricing is available now!
